AI lets you build faster than ever. But are you building the right thing?

HyggeCards

Most learning apps optimize for engagement metrics: streaks, points, notifications. That's backwards. Engagement and retention aren't the same thing, and optimizing for the former often undermines the latter.

A flashcard system built around spaced repetition and calm. LLM-generated Q&As from any source material, no gamification.

Forme

Most publishing platforms optimize for engagement, not reading. The result is a web full of sites that feel like apps—clean, minimal, frictionless—but somehow exhausting to spend time in.

A design system for long-form content. Borrows from print: serif text, generous margins, subtle textures. Warmth over minimalism.
